Rescue Story
Grady was 1 of 28 horses seized a few years ago from Morgan Hill/Gilroy and was living off corn husks and straw. This abuse case caught the attention of the country and restitution was awarded to 7 different rescues that took all the horses in. Horses Healing Hearts took this stallion in, but to date has only received $60, out of the $117,000 awarded in total to all rescues. It is unknown how much the other rescues received. Now 7 years old, Grady is at HHH to undergo more training and be assessed for potential adoption.
